Black Institutions

Nikki Giovanni compares predominatly black institutions to predominantly white institutions to explain the process of acquiring an education. Predominantly black institutions can not accept every black or african american who wants an education because they do not have space for them. predominantly white institutions need minorities to have a cultural mix/combination of races and backgrounds.
